Gig with Launchbox!

Last night, our band peformed at the Gas Haus bar. We call our band "The Launchbox!" but since we have invited some sessionists from Mr. Brosnan? - Ogie, Mesh Potatoes - Glenn and my bestfriend of course form 2 Yrs Gap - Jolly, we have marked ourselves "Mr. BraunchGap!". (corny! LOL!) The main idea was actually from Ogie d Pogie hehehe... I was really nervous because we were the only band with female vocalists and not fan of Metallica! hahaha... might offend some peepz here so I won't elaborate more on that :P Thanks to Ate Dei for being such a loyal fan LOL! i kid! :) She's been my stage manager all along! :) Well, thanks so much!

Jolly and I went up the stage while our bandmates were setting up their guitars and drums, and this white guy, who happened to be the owner of the band told us 'Off the stage!"... huh??? he didn't know we're part of the band! Is that a compliment or what?! Does that mean we're too gorgeous to be vocalists and we should just sit there and watch? hahaha sir, i'm just kidding! :) you know how grateful I am being part of your band ;) Then he asked "Are you part of the band?" with a not-so-nice tone, then we said "Yes!", then he said "Fair enough!". And then after the performance he asked us to sign on the wall (in a nice tone hehehe), maybe he realized what he just did :)

Can I be mean here? This is my blog! =P... the last band we watched was actually composed of 2 guitarists and 1 drummer (which we call the caveman hahah!). And the most important part is that... they have their own set of fans! 3 guys doing head bang in front of the stage and it seems they're under the influence of drugs! hahaha seriously, if you've seen them, i bet you'll be meaner than me! Ogie quoted the drummer to be 'the guy who hasn't bathed for 2 months!' hahahaha mhen! you're mean! hahaha but atleast even if we didn't enjoy they're music, we enjoyed watching them and their fans! :)
